СВЕТЛОСТ – инсталација са дигиталним анимираним секвенцама

Abstract

Doktorski umetnički projekat „Svetlost, instalacija sa digitalnim animiranim sekvencama” odnosi se na istraživanje, tekstualno obrazloženje i javnu prezentaciju umetničkog rada – praktičnog dela projekta i povezuje različite umetničke discipline. Projektom je istražena uslovljenost vizuelne percepcije svetlošču, i u slučaju autora umetničkog rada i u slučaju njegovog recipijenta. Način prezentacije rezultata istraživanja su digitalne animirane sekvence koje su predstavljene u formi instalacije u prostoru galerije. Interdisciplinarni umetničko-istraživački rad je određen promišljanjem o fenomenu mrtve prirode i transponovanju klasičnih slikarskih tehnika u digitalne. Tema je uticaj osvetljenja na vizuelnu percepciju prizora, a motiv mrtva priroda, koji je i definisao poetički deo projekta, u kontekstu značaja koji ima u istoriji umetnosti, kao i na osnovu svojih svojih formalnih odlika. Interdisciplinarnost praktičnog dela projekta je postignuta kroz upotrebu analognih i digitalnih medija slikarstva, fotografije, animacije i ambijentalne instalacije. Predstavljeni vizuelni sadržaj je redukovan, geometrizovan i apstrahovan promenom svojstava osvetljenja. Projekat mapira autentičnosti korišćenih medija, i potencijal njihove korelacije.

Doctoral artistic project “Light, Installation With Digital Animated Sequences” is concerned with the exploration, textual explanation and public presentation of an artwork – a practical part of the project, and it also connects various artistic disciplines. The project explores the conditioning of the visual perception by light, both in the case of the author of the artwork and in the case of its recipients. The research results are presented through digital animated sequences which are given in the form of installation in a gallery space. This interdisciplinary artistic and research work is based on reflections about the phenomenon of still life and the transposition of classical painting techniques into digital techniques. The main concern is the influence of lighting on the visual perception of a scene, with the motif being some still life; still life is also the principal focus of the poetic part of the project, which deals with the importance of this genre in the history of art, as well as with its formal features. The interdisciplinary character of the project, in its practical part, is made clear through the employment of analogue and digital media of painting, photography, animation and installation. The visual content presented has been reduced, geometrized and abstracted by the deliberate change of lighting properties.
